Waterfire selects new locale

We’re trying something NEW this year!

This year’s event will be at Frank A. Theis ParkVolker Blvd and Oak St. (Across the street from the Nelson Atkins Museum)

Every October Brush Creek serves as a stage for this visual arts installation that is inhanced by music and dance to create a shared experience for the thousands that attend. Kansas City is one of only three locations to hold annual fire lightings, others include Providence, RI and Sharon, PA.

Come experience the sparkling bonfires and performances of WaterFire KC.

The Family Stage Entertainment will start at 5:30PM with the Lighting Ceremony commencing at 7PM with entertainment throughout the evening  until 10PM.
