Tchaikovsky Piano Competition Medalist,
to Perform in Kansas City

at Helzberg Hall in Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts
WHO: Kenny Broberg, Park ICM piano master’s student and 2017 Van Cliburn Silver Medalist, won third place, tying with two others, in the Tchaikovsky International Competition in Moscow yesterday. WHAT: After medaling in the Tchaikovsky International Competition, considered one of the major events in the international music community, Kenny Broberg will perform in Kansas City as part of Stanislav & Friends, a benefit for Park University’s International Center for Music. Named in honor of Park ICM’s founder, Stanislav & Friends performers’ line-up will include Behzod Abduraimov, Igor Khukhua, Dilshod Narzillaev, Daniel Veis, Ben Sayevich, and of course Stanislav Ioudenitch and Kenny Broberg.
