Storyteller, educator, advocate

Lorraine has always loved books, and as a teacher, she emphasized the power of books  and stories in her classroom. She believes that every person has important stories to tell and that  to truly hear someone means listening with an open heart and an open mind. According to  Lorraine, “Stories not only entertain, they are the restorative for getting through difficult times,  for taking down walls, for nourishing the soul.”
