KC FRINGE: ‘Any Questions?’

“Any Questions?” a new play by Frank Higgins will debut in the 2018 Kansas City Fringe Festival at the Just Off-Broadway space.  The play stars Casey Jane in the lead role as a woman who wakes up one morning to discover that her life has bizarrely changed, but for reasons she can’t figure out.  The play features well known KC actors Nancy Marcy, Matt Williamson, and Amber McKinnon as the mother, ex-husband, and shrink with self-doubt, who try to help her.   The production is directed by Warren Deckert.

The performance dates and times are:

Saturday, July 21 @ 7:30pm.
Sunday, July 22 @ 1:30pm.
Wed, July 25 @ 9:30pm.
Thurs, July 26 @ 9:30pm.
Saturday July 28 @ 7:30pm.

Casey Jane appeared most recently in KC in “The Sarah Play” at the White Theater of the Jewish CommunityCenter; prior to that she appeared in Tennessee Playboy” at the Metropolitan Ensemble Theater, and in “Chainsaw!  The Musical” at the Arts Asylum.
Nancy Marcy is a veteran of Kansas City theater who most recently appeared in “Tuck Everlasting” at the Coterie; Amber McKinnon appeared most recently in “The Sarah Play” at the White Theater, and in both “Eclipsed” and The Octaroon” at the Unicorn.
Matt Williamson appeared most recently in “Much Ado About Nothing” at the Heart of America Shakespeare Festival.   
Warren Deckert is the artistic director of Phoenix Theater, in residence at Just Off-Broadway, and also works for Kansas City Repertory Theater.   
Frank Higgins, playwright, teaches playwriting at UMKC.  He is the author of many plays that have been produced at professional theaters around the country, and in Kansas City at Kansas City Repertory, the Unicorn Theater, the Coterie, the Fishtank, and the Melting Pot.
