TODAY FUTURE STAGES FESTIVAL AT
THE KAUFFMAN CENTER FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS
Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts welcomes the Kansas City community to the 4th annual Future Stages Festival this Sunday, June 25 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
WHAT: Future Stages Festival is a FREE annual community event that places a spotlight on youth performances and family-friendly programming. About 5,000 people attended last year’s Future Stages Festival. The event features performances by local youth artists and interactive arts activities. This event is rain or shine.
WHO: More than 700 youth artists representing 27 performance groups across the Kansas City metro area are scheduled to perform. Performances are scheduled throughout the day in Muriel Kauffman Theatre, Helzberg Hall and on the Saint Luke’s Outdoor Stage. Kauffman Center has partnered with 20 community organizations to present family-friendly arts activities.

PARKING: Media parking will be available on Broadway Blvd. to the west of the Kauffman Center.
