KAUFFMAN CENTER FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS
Kansas City, MO – September 23, 2019 – The American Theatre Guild is proud to announce that three shows presented at the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts – CHARLIE & THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY, FIDDLER ON THE ROOF and MENOPAUSE The Musical – are on sale now. THE SIMON & GARFUNKEL STORY is already on sale at this time.
The Music Hall shows include DEAR EVAN HANSEN, MISS SAIGON, COME FROM AWAY and Disney’s ALADDIN. Individual show ticket on sale dates for COME FROM AWAY and Disney’s Aladdin will be on sale later this fall. DEAR EVAN HANSEN and MISS SAIGON are already on sale at this time.

The immersive concert-style theater show chronicles the amazing journey shared by the folk-rock duo, Paul Simon and Art Garfunkel. It tells the story from their humble beginnings as Tom & Jerry to their incredible success as one of the best-selling music groups of the ‘60’s to their dramatic split in 1970.
*The real Simon & Garfunkel do not appear in the production. They are portrayed by actors.
CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY
January 21–26, 2020 * Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts
Roald Dahl’s amazing tale is now Kansas City’s golden ticket! Willy Wonka is opening his marvelous and mysterious chocolate factory…to a lucky few. That includes Charlie Bucket, whose bland life is about to burst with color and confection beyond his wildest dreams. He and four other golden ticket winners will embark on a mesmerizing joyride through a world of pure imagination.
